Since 1998, Diane’s Tax Preparation and Consulting Services has prepared an array of income tax returns that include individual, small business, corporate and non-profit organizations. Our company strives to provide a level of service that our clients have grown to expect.


​The office of Diane S. Le Blanc, CRTP, is a tax preparation and consulting service in the greater Oakland- Bay Area. We have more than 18 years of experience preparing taxes. By preparing your return, we become familiar with the financial issues you face. It is our goal to provide you with prompt service to get you the highest quality return possible. We create and nurture these relationships by being there when you need us and providing a broad array of services in a personalized manner.  You can count on us to handle virtually any income tax issue. We provide prompt and courteous service on income tax preparation, notary public, tax problem resolution, tax audit support, and offers in compromise. 

 

We offer a wide range of services for home owners, small business owners, educators, doctors, landlords, dentists, truck drivers, loan officers, foodservice professionals, independent contractors, non-profit organizations, real estate agents, corporations and LLCs. Our experienced team provides a family-oriented atmosphere while being quite affordable.Our office is easy to get to from most local cities, which include San Leandro, Berkeley, Alameda, Orinda, and San Francisco. Diane S. Le Blanc -Owner

Diane began her career with the Corporate Trust Division of Bank of America.  Within six months she was promoted by management over many of her colleagues.  This was a very empowering experience.  This promotion introduced her to accounting and bookkeeping where she worked directly with Trust Officer's.  From there she transferred into retail banking where she learned the operations of branch banking and remained for the balance of her 4 ½ years of employment with Bank of America.

Diane’s banking career continued with Wells Fargo Bank, starting out as a bank teller, then becoming vault teller and then moving into bookkeeping and accounting.  She was promoted to Banking Services Officer and later to Assistant Branch Manager.  She achieved her final goal when she was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager.  With each advancement, Diane received special rewards and recognition, one notably given by the Chairman of the Board as one of a handful of his “Million Dollar Employees”.

At age 36, Diane decides to retire from Wells Fargo Bank and open a specialty sweater store in Berkeley, CA.   After three years in business, Diane returned to Wells Fargo Bank for a short stay in the Credit Card Division.

With her entrepreneurial spirit, Diane and her chef husband Harold opened a restaurant in the Montclair Business District of Oakland.  After a six-year stint, Diane opened her tax business, Diane’s Tax Preparation and Consulting Service.

 

Diane’s Tax Preparation and Consulting Service was established in 1998 and remains open to this date.

 
Harold A. Le Blanc - CRTP

Is a Certified Registered Tax Preparer from CTEC.  He holds a Professional Clear Teaching Credential from UC Berkeley, a Certified Culinary Essentials Educator designation from Johnson and Wales University, and a Certified Entrepreneurship Teacher through the NFTE.

 

He was honored with the 32nd Annual Leavey Award for Excellence in Private Enterprise Education from the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, and has been honored by the Oakland Unified School District and the Oakland Education Assoc. as Director of the Culinary Arts Academy at the BEST College Prep High School (McClymonds HS).  https://chefleblanc2010.wixsite.com/chefleblanc-mysite
